How Do I Book A Game? ✅
1. Click 'Play Now' to open the Futpal web app.
2. Select the game you want to join.
3. Click “Join game.”
4. Enter your card details to pay online. Payment must be made in order to join the game list. We do not accept cash payments.
5. After payment, your name will appear on the player list and you’ll receive a confirmation email with details and a receipt.
How Do I Cancel My Game? ❌
Tap 'Leave game' on the app to cancel your spot.
Weather or unforeseen cancellations: If a game is canceled due to weather or other circumstances, your payment will be automatically refunded to your Futpal wallet.
Refunds for other reasons: Contact us at hello@playfutpal.com if you need a refund for non-weather-related reasons.
Cancel at least 24 hours before: To receive credits for a future game, cancel your spot at least 24 hours before the game starts.
No refunds for late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the game will not be refunded.
Why Do We Collect Payments in Advance? 💰
- Reduces no-shows: Players are more likely to attend if they've paid upfront, leading to a better-quality game.
- Covers expenses: Helps pay for venue reservations, equipment (balls, bibs), and other necessary costs.
- Recognises Organiser efforts: Organising a game takes time and effort. Charging a fee acknowledges this commitment and ensures smooth coordination.
How to Top Up Your Futpal Wallet Using Stebby 🐖💸
1. Go to your Futpal profile and click the "Top up" button.
2. You will be redirected to Stebby. If your company provides sports compensation through Stebby, you can use it to purchase Futpal credits.
3. After buying a Stebby ticket, send the ticket code to hello@playfutpal.com.
4. We’ll load the credits into your Futpal wallet.

You can use your futpal to pay for your activity.
